Prospective Students

Prospective students are students planning to attend UL Lafayette for the first time.

Incoming Freshman are students currently on track to graduate from high school who have never attended a college or university. Whether you are from Louisiana (in-state), another U.S. state (out-of-state), or another country (international)—start looking for scholarships here.

Transfer students are students who have earned an associate degree from another college or university (or have completed at least 12 credit hours of college level work) and plan to attend UL Lafayette for the first time.
